Fractional Operations Partner

I've been in operations since 2018. I tried sales for about a year, then went back to where I actually belonged.

In 2021, an immigration law firm in New Jersey hired me as an Office Manager. My people-handling skills and my background in how public sector processes work were exactly what they needed.

Within a year, I was promoted to Operations Manager as I had naturally taken on those responsibilities well before the title caught up.

I've always been drawn to law, operations, and psychology. What I do now is a combination of all three. 

My HR experience and my ongoing Master's in Clinical Psychology help me understand what's actually going on with a team member, instead of writing them off as "not performing well."

I started Blisse because I knew I could do more than an employee role would ever let me. I wanted to pursue my Master's on my own terms, and I knew I could help more than just one firm.

My daughter is a big part of why I keep pushing. Building something that lasts is what this is really about.
