• Speed-to-lead response — contacting a lead within minutes, not hours, since response speed is the single biggest factor in conversion.
• Qualifying and conflict checks — quickly determining if a lead is a real fit before booking time on the calendar.
• Call and response scripts — your specific scripts, not generic ones, tone, objection handling, what to say and what never to say (never implying an attorney reviewed something if they haven't).
• Booking and confirmation — getting the consult scheduled, confirmed, and reducing no-shows.
• Follow-up systems — what happens when a lead goes quiet, how long to chase, when to hand off or mark lost.
• CRM/system discipline — logging everything correctly in Lawmatics (or whatever system you use) so nothing falls through tracking.

How They Pass:

• Role-play evaluation — live scenario testing against your actual scripts, not just reciting them, can they handle objections and off-script moments.
• Speed benchmark — demonstrated ability to hit your required response time consistently.
• Shadow period with real leads — a supervised stretch where their calls/responses are reviewed against your standards before they're trusted solo.
• Performance tracking sign-off — hitting your firm's defined conversion benchmarks (lead → consult → retained) over a set number of real leads, not just training exercises.

I niche into two industries: Law Firms and Mental Health Clinics, with a stronger focus on Law Firms. I'm usually the right fit for firms with 2 to 20 employees. Past that, most firms outgrow what I offer, and honestly, I'm happy to see them off and welcome a new client in.
